Responsibilities

  • Direct the property's overall operation: rooms, food and beverage, sales, maintenance, and support areas.
  • Be accountable for the hotel's financial results: budgets, forecasting, cost control, and revenue goal attainment.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and service quality across the property.
  • Lead, evaluate, and develop department heads and their teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the property and, where applicable, the hotel brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel administration, tourism, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading hotel properties (General Manager or Assistant General Manager).
  • Advanced English, spoken and written.
  • Willingness to relocate to the United States.
