Housekeeping Manager
A permanent, direct-hire management position. Responsible for leading the housekeeping team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the housekeeping team: workload assignment, shift supervision, and cleaning quality control.
- Train and develop staff on cleaning standards, safety, and proper use of chemicals and equipment.
- Control linen, amenity, and supply inventory, and manage the department's budget.
- Coordinate with maintenance and the front desk to ensure room availability and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and quality audits.
Requirements
- Prior experience leading housekeeping teams in hotels.
- Knowledge of quality standards, inventory control, and staff management.
- Basic to conversational English.
- Willingness to relocate to the United States.
