Maintenance Engineer Manager
A permanent, direct-hire management position. Responsible for leading the maintenance and engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the property's maintenance and engineering team.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, mechanical and electrical equipment, and HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and fire safety protocols.
- Train technical staff, plan shifts, and manage the maintenance budget.
- Coordinate improvement and renovation projects with the property's general management.
Requirements
- Technical or engineering training related to facilities (mechanical, electrical, or related field).
- Experience leading maintenance teams in hotels or similar facilities.
- Basic to conversational English.
- Willingness to relocate to the United States.
